Our website features healthy, cancer-supportive recipes created by a chef living with cancer who brings personal experience and deep knowledge of food's vital role in healing.

The team that Supports you

Eva Z-Sipos

Board Member & Cancer Exercise Specialist

"My name is Eva Z-Sipos and I am a cancer exercise specialist. I have built my own method from yoga, medical qigong, and specialized cancer exercise. Through my training and work, I have grown increasingly aware of the importance of cancer prevention, which starts with being well-informed. For years I have been thinking about how I could effectively bring information to those in need on a wider scale. Linh and Fruzsina share this goal, which is why we started our foundation to build a support network of compassionate professionals and patients."

Eva brings professional expertise in movement therapy and holistic healing, develops all specialized exercise programs, and maintains partnerships with medical professionals.

My Linh

Board Member

"We have founded the organization as we share the same values—we want to make a good impact on the lives of those who are less fortunate. I am passionate about helping people, especially orphans and children with cancer, as they need a lot of support to be able to live normal lives."

My Linh manages community outreach, builds partnerships, and coordinates international programs, bringing deep compassion and organizational expertise.

Fruzsina Tasi

Board Member & Secretary

"I joined this organization because I believe in making a positive impact and doing good in the world. I've always felt a strong desire to help those in need, and this foundation allows me to turn that intention into real action. My first name, Fruzsina, means compassion & happiness in Hungarian, and I try to live up to that meaning every day. Working alongside two close friends who share the same values, I'm proud to be part of a mission that brings hope, knowledge, and support to families around the world."

Fruzsina serves as the organization's primary contact, manages communications and media, and coordinates logistics for all programs.

What makes GPHF's approach to cancer prevention different?

We combine expert-led movement therapy (specialized yoga and medical qigong), cancer-supportive nutrition, evidence-based complementary care, and therapeutic emotional support. Our founder Eva Z-Sipos is a certified cancer exercise specialist who develops all programs in consultation with oncologists. Founded by three friends across three continents, we blend Western medicine with carefully selected holistic methods, prioritizing real-life patient and family needs.

How does GPHF use donations?

Donations directly fund laptops and materials for pediatric cancer patients, orphanage supplies, therapeutic hospital programs, exercise development, nutrition resources, and Vietnam program travel. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN: 33-2811751) with volunteer board members, overhead is minimal. All donations are tax-deductible, and we provide regular transparent updates on program impact.

Can I volunteer with GPHF if I don't live in Vietnam?

Yes! Remote volunteers help with social media, content writing, grant research, website support, and professional services. In-person opportunities include our November 2025 and February 2026 Vietnam hospital visits. Time commitments vary from one-time projects to ongoing roles. Email GPHF@globalphf.org or call +1 (518) 545-1255 to get started.

What programs does GPHF currently offer?

We operate three core programs. The Giving Nest provides educational materials, books, toys, and essential supplies to Duc Son Pagoda Orphanage in Hue, Vietnam, which we first visited in March 2024. Brighter Days in Tiny Hands brings play therapy, dance therapy, music therapy, and tangible donations including laptops for distance learning to pediatric cancer wards in Hue and Ho Chi Minh City, launching November 2025 and February 2026. Give Us Fuel invites volunteers and companies to support our mission through marketing, content creation, financial donations, and professional services. Contact GPHF@globalphf.org to learn more about any program.
